Continuing and Community Education

Lake Mills

The community education program began in Lake Mills in 1962. With community support and commitment, NIACC proposed the formation of a Community Education Center in the Lake Mills area in 1987. By the end of the year, remodeling of the old ambulance shed connected to City Hall began. By the spring of 1988, the grand opening for the Lake Mills Community Education Center was held.

In addition to a full schedule of classes, the Center is utilized for regular meetings by the city and many local clubs and organizations.
