We can help with technical problems related to NIACC passwords, logging in to lab computers, MyNIACC, E-mail, Canvas (online course management system), NIACC wireless, WebAdvisor, lab computers, office computers for staff, software issues, Datatel/Colleague and more. NIACC Technology Services does not repair nor support personal computers.

The fastest way to get technical help:
On Campus – Call Extension 4357 or 422-4357 (there will be a slight delay as the call is transferred to the Centralized Help Desk)
Please be prepared to answer the questions from the form below.
Technical Support Form – Submit this form and a Help Desk technician will contact you, but there will be a delay of two hours or more. We cannot reset passwords via email. If you need your account unlocked or password reset after 7:00P.M. please refer to Password Self-Service.
Help Desk Self-Service – View all of your Help Desk tickets or submit a new ticket.
Log in with your complete NIACC email address (such as – firstname.lastname@example.org) and your email password.
