Job Responsibilities: Evans Welding and Fabrication is looking to hire a full-time Welder/Fabricator! They would be responsible for working on the “Manufacturing” side of our business, while still helping with “Steam” side of the business.

-Follow instructions and work independently SAFELY and efficiently
-Read and interpret blueprints and code books
-Pass a 6G Sch120 2″ pipe Test with GMAW-S and FCAW
-Prep Joints for welding in accordance with all blueprint and codes/standards
-Weld Joints in accordance with all blueprints and codes/standards
-Willing to learn to do basic machine work (Saw, drill, mill, lathe)
-Willing to learn historical boiler construction methods (Flanging, riveting, tubes, stay

Pay Range: $24-$27/hr
