Job Responsibilities: Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their accounting career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger support. During the tax season, the candidate will be assisting with the preparation of tax returns, during which comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and ready to contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and maintenance of financial records
– Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
– Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
– Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
– Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
– Help prepare financial reports and spreadsheets
– Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
– Support audits by gathering documentation and reports
– Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
