Job Responsibilities: -We are looking for 2 year-round floaters. One will be stationed primarily in Mason City, the other will primarily be supporting Early Head Start locations (Clear Lake, Mason City, and Charles City)
-Full-Time, Year-Round with week-long breaks in the summer, winter, and spring.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support classrooms for children ages birth to five, stepping in as needed due to staff absences or schedule needs.
-Assist teaching teams in implementing daily routines, classroom activities, and individual learning plans.
-Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
-Help maintain a safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate environment.

Pay Range: $15.66 – $18.44
