This exciting new opportunity we are recruiting for will allow you to gain experience performing telephonic outreach with patients to ask them about switching to home delivery of their medication, to make adherence to medications easier. You will be responsible for making calls to the patients, following a set medical record form, and documenting the findings in the electronic record.
