Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Perform seasonal maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure peak efficiency.
Communicate clearly with customers about findings, options, and recommendations.
Maintain accurate job records, including materials used and work performed.
Follow safety guidelines, building codes, and company policies.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

Pay Range: $22-35
