Job Responsibilities: As a Floater, you’ll provide valuable support in various classrooms and age groups, stepping in where needed to ensure consistency and quality in care and education. This is a key role that helps maintain smooth operations and ensures that children receive nurturing, responsive interactions every day.
*Full-Time during the school year. Summers off.*
Key Responsibilities:
-Support classrooms for children ages birth to five, stepping in as needed due to staff absences or schedule needs.
-Assist teaching teams in implementing daily routines, classroom activities, and individual learning plans.
-Collaborate with team members and follow Head Start Program Performance Standards.

Pay Range: $15.66 – $18.44
