Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and CNC equipment.
Perform TIG welding and Heat Treat of parts.
Measure and examine completed products to ensure they meet specifications.
Select appropriate tools, materials, and cutting speeds for each job.
Adjust and calibrate machines for precision and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production.
