POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for an Outpatient Registration Supervisor to join our Outpatient Services team! The Outpatient Registration Supervisor is responsible for managing daily hospital patient registration and patient scheduling. They will take responsibility for staff selection, training, development and completing performance evaluations. This position must work collaboratively with all staff and maintain open communication with all departments in support of the patient’s experience promoting excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.
This position is Full Time, 40 hours per week (80 hours every 2 weeks)
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices. At least 1 year Medical Office experience required, including patient types and insurance billing.

Fiber Construction Technician
Principal Responsibilities:
*Assists in all phases of broadband construction including heavy equipment operation. This includes location of existing facilities, operation of Directional Drilling Equipment, Excavators, Vacuum Excavators, Cable Plows, Trenchers, and miscellaneous construction equipment.
*Identifies and counts groups of fiber strands and copper cable pairs and prepares the groups for splicing or termination.
*Maintains OSP facilities by testing to locate trouble, opening cable to repair or replace defective sections using splicing techniques, and closing and sealing cable.
*Tests and terminates fiber cable to Network Interface Device (NID) at the customer premise and at the main distribution frame at central office utilizing fusion splicing techniques and connects OSP distribution fibers to Central Office Equipment (COE) by installing connecting fiber optic jumper cables.
*Mounts terminal boxes throughout customer premises and attaches individual house or service cable pairs; ties other end of house cable to terminal block at demarcation point where all inside wiring and subscriber loop feeder cable meet.
*Performs testing on completed splices or termination to ensure dependable service.
*Supports cable, splice closures, and distribution stubs as necessary.
Network Operations Center Specialist
Principal Responsibilities:
*Monitors network system performance.
*Prepares logs, reports, user guides, and other necessary documentation as needed to track and analyze use and costs of network equipment and systems.
*Executes backups, recovery procedures, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance.
*Trains external and internal users in the proper use of existing and new equipment and assists them in identifying and resolving any problems.
*Identifies areas of operation that require equipment modifications and upgrades.
*Researches, assesses, tests, and evaluates hardware and software upgrade options to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems.
*Assists in the development and maintenance of HPBX device software upgrades and customer sales requests, and telecommunications equipment for customer premises equipment.
*Develops procedures and drafts necessary guidance documentation for installation, use and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
*Learns about available equipment, products, and services through vendors.
*Compiles technical specifications and requirements to send to vendors for bids.
*Develops, maintains, documents, and implements business continuity and disaster recovery plans for telecommunications networks.
*Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technology by completing continuing education courses or meetings.
*Monitors or participates in the installation of equipment as directed.
Diesel Technician
Responsibilities:
* Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established AFS products.
* Participates in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
* Mentors Service Technician Trainees
* Conducts or supports customer clinics
* Maintains current knowledge of Case/IH and competitive products
* Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
* Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
* Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
* Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
* Accounts for all time and all material used in performing assigned duties

Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician
The CMT will perform field testing and inspections of concrete and soil for various construction projects we are working on. It is preferred, but not required, candidate would have some experience in a construction setting, and American Concrete Institute (ACI) certifications for field concrete testing. Our CMT work is requested by clients on an as-needed basis, and we often travel to multiple job-sites within a day to complete testing tasks. CMT work hours are variable with seasons, weather and workload. Typically during construction season, a CMT can expect to work 40+ hours. A CMT will receive two weeks of on-the-job training, and will be required to work alone, with direction from the branch manager on assignments to be completed within the day. A company vehicle will be provided for the CMT to complete work tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record, including no major driving violations (DUI, texting while driving, etc…) within the last 5 years and dependable transportation.
Candidate should have the ability to follow direction and work with others.
Flexibility in availability (Ability to cover jobs in the early AM as well as late afternoon as needed) is also required.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis
Be comfortable working in a wide variety of environments, including adverse weather
Yard Worker
