Campus View Housing Complex

All students, especially new students are encouraged to live at NIACC CampusView Housing. Freshman are required to live at CampusView Housing for at least 2 semesters. Exempt from this policy are students who are:

  • Students 21 years or older
  • Veterans of at least 2 years’ active military service
  • Married students
  • Students who commute to school daily from their permanent, legal residence of their parents (within a 60 mile radius of campus)
  • International students living with a host family
