Registered Apprenticeship: Employer Benefits

  • Works with college to determine program occupation details
  • Selects and hires apprentices
  • Provides paid on-the-job training with a mentor
  • May offer apprentices full-time employment after graduation and completion of the Registered Apprenticeship program
