Invest in Your Employees by Becoming a Member of NIACC’s Business Partnership.
Many employers would agree that an essential component of success is employee engagement. Employee development increases employee engagement and helps set the stage for long-term employee retention, increases accountability, and grows internal leaders. The Business Partnership, a collaborative approach to employee development, allows employers to invest in the professional development of their employees.
For over 20 years, NIACC has collaborated with companies from across North Iowa to make the Business Partnership possible. Each year approximately 30 North Iowa companies are members of the Partnership. Member companies pool their membership fees together to provide their employees access to high-quality training programs led by top-ranked national and regional trainers who are experts in their areas of specialty.
The Business Partnership maximizes training dollars. Training topics are broad enough to apply to all businesses sectors and content is delivered in a concentrated format so participants are able to take away skills they can put to use as soon as they return to work.
To optimize convenience, each session is offered two ways: in-person on the NIACC campus or live at your location via livestream.
Our 2018-2019 season will begin October 10th! Check back later this summer to see the new schedule, which will include trainings in Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, Accountability and much more.
