Front Desk/Rental Counter Manager

Job Responsibilities: Clear Lake Adventure Rentals in Clear Lake, Iowa is currently seeking a Front Desk/Rental Counter Manager to oversee our pontoon rental operations, including answering phones, booking reservations, assisting customers, and managing rental inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing customer inquiries and booking rental reservations.
*Collect rental payments and enter bookings into our internal pick-up and delivery schedule.
*Assist walk-in customers with their rental needs, providing information and guidance as needed.
*Occasionally deliver rented items to designated locations such as the beach or boat ramp.
*Occasionally assist with cleaning of pontoon boat seats.
*Provide exceptional customer service at all times, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
*Strong computer skills.
*Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and customer information.
*Must have a driver’s license and be able to lift approximately 40 lbs.
Pay Range: $13 – $19 per hour
