NIACC Business Division

The Business Division provides courses and programs for students who wish to transfer to a baccalaureate degree granting institution, for students who are undecided and are interested in a career-option program, and for students who want a specific career program.

The Business Division's highest priority is to assist students in reaching their individual goals. Each instructor is dedicated to providing quality instruction to facilitate this process.

There is a wide variety of transfer, career, and career option programs available. For more information on any of the Business Division offerings, click on the program name in the black bar at the left of this page.

The following programs have been added or changed for the Fall 2008 Semester:

• Banking, Insurance, and Financial Management - This program has combined the General Business/Banking Option with the Financial Management/Insurance program to form one program.
• Marketing and Sales - This program has combined Retail Management with the General Business/Marketing and Sales Option to form a single program.
• The Information Technology department has added many new Certificate Programs including:
  • Web Content Certificate
  • Basic Computer Diagnostics Certificate
  • Foundations of Security Certificate
  • Video Game Testing Certificate
  • Project Management Certificate
  • SOHO Computer Management Certificate (Small Office/Home Office)
  • SOHO Network Management Certificate (Small Office/Home Office)
