Job Responsibilities: What We Need from You:

Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the area of nursing care as it relates to the ambulatory setting and age specific patient populations.
Coordinates daily clinic operations as they pertain to patient care. Ensures patient care by meeting patient care needs and assisting with patient concerns.
Assists with recruitment, interviewing, evaluation, training, and serves as preceptor/mentor of clinical personnel.
Communicates and collaborates with staff/providers/RN Supervisor/Clinic Director regarding operational issues, patient care concerns, policy/procedure issues and staffing on an ongoing basis.
Helps to establish, maintain, and complies with clinical policies and procedures as they relate to clinical operations, regulatory standards, third party payers, and professional organizations.
May perform duties of Certified Medical Assistant when necessary.
Acts and communicates in a professional manner reflecting the mission, philosophy and values of Mitchell County Regional Health Center guiding behaviors.
Assists in maintaining department budget by ordering of supplies.
